MEET THE TEAM

Ottilie the owner of OQ Service Course started cycling after being told she could no longer play football after a life saving kidney transplant from her Mum in 2007. 

Since she's gone on to win 11 World, 8 European & 18 British gold medals representing Great Britain at the World Transplant Games. 

OQ wants to help encourage more people to ride bikes, lead a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the amazing rides here in Mallorca.

Ottilie graduated from The University of Luton in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science.

She went on to pursue her teaching career and graduated from The University of Greenwich in London with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). She taught various Sports Performance and Sports Science courses in Bedfordshire, England for eight years at Luton Sixth Form College and Barnfield College.

Ottilie completed the notorious Football Association's (FA) Diploma in the Treatment and Management of Injuries at the FA's Sports Science Head quarters in Lilleshall, Shropshire, England. She worked as a full time physiotherapist for Luton Town Football Club 2007 - 2010 working with the pro first team squad and youth teams.

Ottilie started her career in cycling commentating in 2014 at the Women's and Men's Tour of Qatar as the moto co-commentator, she continued to work at the Tour of Qatar in 2015 and 2016. 

She also worked at Le Tour de Langkawi in Malaysia where she was the co-commentator alongside Robbie McEwen, reporter and voice over for the highlights show for Malaysian TV network. 

Ottilie has interviewed some of the world's best cyclists including; Lizzie Deignan, Ellen van Dijk, Sir Bradley Wiggins, Peter Sagan, Marcel Kittel, Sir Mark Cavendish, Tom Boonen to name just a few. Also in 2015 Ottilie was the co-commentator on the inaugural La Course by Le Tour de France race for British Eurosport. Ottilie has also MC'd at the start and finish of the women's Le Tour de Yorkshire in 2017 in Tadcaster and Harrogate.

Ottilie starred in the Continental GP5000 tyre online commercial in 2018, filmed by Shift Active Media in The Dolimites, Italy. As well as worked with the amazing guys at Zwift in 2015 when launching the Beta version of the incredible online training platform.

In February 2017 Ottilie opened this unique shop OQ Service Course here in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca to bring all of the cycling services together in one place to help give riders the best experience here in cycling paradise. She guides riders from beginners to pros (9-83 years young!) and is a physio for non athletes helping with acute and chronic injuries and with professional athletes that train here. 

Emanuela AKA Emma is our mountain goat and triathlon specialist.

 There’s no mountain she hasn’t conquered!
Emma has completed 11 full Ironmans including the prestigious world championships in Hawaii and over twenty 70.3 half Ironmans in her career so far.

Most recently Emma completed the toughest triathlon in the world, Patagonman in Chile. Her first attempt at this full ironman distance in treacherous conditions saw her finish 3rd on the podium for the women in a formidable time of 12.07h which placed her 14th overall!

Emma has also completed the famous Mallorca 312 event twice and came 5th in the 2024 edition in a very impressive 11:04h.

We specialise in helping athletes become more confident on the bike; climbing, descending, bike handling, pacing, fuelling and also with those of you that race help with race day tips to help make you less stressed and race ready to perform at your best. Smashing those PBs! 

Rich is a British Cycling (UKCC) qualified Level 3 Road and Time Trial coach and a Level 2 Track coach with a 1st class honours degree in Psychology. He established RideFast Coaching in 2015 with an ambition to deliver one to one, rider centred training that is physiologically effective but also psychologically sustainable.  

He has raced in the UK and abroad since the mid-1990s and continues to compete now. A regular visitor to Mallorca, he coaches both male and female riders of all ages locally, nationally and internationally with notable success.

Rich has a talent for getting the maximum fitness improvements from a limited amount of training time by closely tailoring programs to the rider making it sustainable, effective and enjoyable. This is particularly useful for riders who are able to spend some time riding in Mallorca but also want to ensure fitness levels continue to improve in colder climates.
